At the beginning of the session, we will identify your specific physical, emotional, or mental concerns which you would like to focus on during your Reiki treatment. Reiki treatments work in conjunction with conventional medicine and enhance the benefits of psychotherapy, surgery, and prescription medication.

My name is Kristi, and I am certified in the tradition of Usui Ryoho Reiki as a Master and Teacher. I discovered Reiki energy healing during the darkest moment of my life. Having tried everything imaginable to free myself from the chains of C-PTSD, anxiety, and major-depressive disorder, I was desperate for relief.

By connecting with Source and learning to utilize Universal Life Energy through Reiki, I was able to break those chains that held me captive for so long.
